An open source digital controller was developed as part of the OpenCN project. This control works on a conventional x86 PC, communicating with the slaves through the Ethercat bus.
The goal of this project is to bring the Opencn/x86 framework to a 32-bit Raspberry Pi 4 ARM platform equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet network interface and an additional Ethernet network card.
The graphical interface (GUI) will be moved to an Android tablet.
