Roberto Rigamonti obtained his Ms.C in computer engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy) in 2009 with a thesis on navigation systems for autonomous robots. He has then specialized in the Computer Vision field during his Ph.D studies at the CVLab-EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland), where he focused on learning techniques for image classification and segmentation.

Starting from August 2014, he is part of the REDS team as embedded software engineer.
