Bilal Melehi was born in 1992 in Paris. He attended the preparatory classes for engineering schools at ISGA Marrakech, and then obtained an engineering degree at the UPMC Polytech Sorbonne University Polytechnic in 2019.

During the preparation of his degree, he specialized in embedded systems with a background in software development at the Air & Naval Product department of the THALES group.

In March 2020 he joined the REDS team as a Ra&D Collaborator, participating in the various research projects of the institute as well as the teaching tasks.
